Late last year we announced our ambition to become the aggregator of choice for alt-net full fibre infrastructure providers, giving channel partners access to the biggest full fibre footprint of any supplier in the UK. We brought that vision to life when we officially launched The Fibre Hub in May 2025.

Say hello to The Fibre Hub

The Fibre Hub is open for business. When we initially launched, our existing Zen partners could offer their customers access to CityFibre's huge full fibre footprint via our dedicated wholesale platform, alongside the already existing Openreach footprint.

But that was just the beginning. CityFibre was closely followed with the footprints of Freedom Fibre and Trooli also added and we have many more in the pipeline.

  • Access to a huge alt-net full fibre footprint bringing more choice, flexibility and often better commercial terms. CityFibre, Freedom Fibre and Trooli are now live.
  • These alt-net footprints are accessible via our Campaign Centre FTTP tool, allowing our partners to segment and download address data for use in customer acquisition campaigns. We also provide self-serve white label and brandable campaign material. Extra resources and marketing development funds are available for qualifying campaigns.
